Aspire Recruitment Group is led by co-founders Nick Drzymalski and James Trott, whose combined experience spans more than three decades in international recruitment. Nick leads Aspire Technology, bringing over 20 years of experience delivering talent solutions across critical infrastructure and complex technology environments. James leads Aspire Life Sciences, specialising in strategic hiring for early-stage and high-growth organisations across biotechnology, medical devices and healthcare technology.
Together, they have built Aspire into a trusted international recruitment partner supported by a team of specialist consultants across Technology and Life Sciences.
James co-founded Aspire in 2013 but has been working in the Finance & Life Sciences space since his arrival to the UAE in 2009. He brings with him a wealth of experience and has grown the business based on relationships he has cultivated over the decade he has spent in the Middle East. His focus areas include Finance/Accounting, Medical & Technical Pharmaceutical’s including, Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, Market Access, Medical, Compliance and Finance.
James’ strength lies in building strong relationships with Senior level executives as well as retaining business and ensuring best practice methods are always at the forefront of the companies’ service.
Nick Drzymalski has 19 years recruitment experience.
Working for a multinational technology recruiter and start up, moving to Dubai in 2009.
Throughout his career Nick has focused on the defence and Security markets. Nick strength lies in opening new markets and managing recruitment teams to deliver large scale recruitment projects and critical hires.
